These Terms explain the rules for using MultiFlows. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and only with social accounts and content you are allowed to manage.
1. What MultiFlows does
MultiFlows helps creators plan, analyze, generate, and publish social content for the supported v1 platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
The app may use AI to generate recommendations, captions, summaries, and content ideas. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so you are responsible for reviewing anything before publishing it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must not connect social accounts that you do not own or have permission to manage.
3. Connected social platforms
When you connect social accounts through Zernio, you authorize MultiFlows to request actions such as account listing, publishing, analytics, and social activity sync for those connected accounts.
You are responsible for following the rules, terms, copyright policies, and community guidelines of each connected platform.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant MultiFlows the limited permission needed to process, store, schedule, publish, and analyze that content as part of the app.
Do not upload or publish content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, misleading, or that you do not have rights to use.
5. Availability
MultiFlows depends on external providers such as Supabase, Zernio, Apple, Google, Sentry, PostHog, and social platforms. The app may be unavailable or degraded if those services fail or change their APIs.
6. No guarantee of growth
MultiFlows provides analytics and recommendations to help you make better content decisions, but it does not guarantee views, followers, revenue, virality, or platform approval.

Estos términos explican las reglas para usar MultiFlows. Al usar la app, aceptas usarla responsablemente y solo con cuentas sociales y contenido que tienes permiso de administrar.

El contenido generado por IA puede ser incorrecto o incompleto. Tú eres responsable de revisar cualquier recomendación, caption o pieza antes de publicarla.
Cuando conectas cuentas sociales mediante Zernio, autorizas a MultiFlows a solicitar acciones como listar cuentas, publicar, leer métricas y sincronizar actividad social para esas cuentas conectadas.
No se garantiza crecimiento, vistas, seguidores, ingresos, viralidad ni aprobación por parte de las plataformas.
